Delivery Information

Your order is given our personal attention and like all enquiries is dealt with as quickly as possible. Delivery time is approximately 10 -15 working days, unless otherwise stated or prearranged. If you have any special requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your request will be dealt with immediately. We understand how frustrating dealing with many other mail order companies can be and we endeavour to meet and exceed all your expectations with one-to-one personal service.

Payment is accepted by most UK credit and Debit cards via PAYPAL PRO , using our shopping cart system which is fully supported by a secure server protecting your card details. However if you wish to pay by alternative method please contact us by e-mail [email protected] or 01924 842949 for details.

If your purchase is faulty in any way please contact us by email or phones us within 24 hours and a replacement will be with you as soon as we can.

All of our products are delivered free of charge to  England, scotland and Wales mainland uk addresses only. you can arrange your own courier service who can collect direct from us. Where delivery is quoted as 15 working days we will deliver to the dedicated courier within the 15 working days and delivery may take 5 - 10 working days after that.

There is an extra delivery charge payable to the following postcodes. Please phone us before you order.

Delivery Time

Deliveries to you will be made as quickly as possible, usually within 3 - 7 working days. Divan beds and large items may require 7 - 14 working days. we use our inhouse logistic team for all our deliveries however in rare instances we may use 3rd party delivery companies to fulfill our delivery for out of area postcodes

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect orders

We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department with images of the damage as soon as possible and not later than 24 hours after receiving the order on  01924 842949, or alternatively email [email protected]

Liability

All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of BedMarks control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries

Refunds

An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 14 days following delivery of the goods.

If the Buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase for any reason he may, within fourteen days of delivery, contact the Seller's customer service department to notify them that he wishes to return some or all items from his order. The Buyer can either arrange to return the goods himself to the Supplier at his own cost or he may ask the Seller to collect the goods in which case he will be charged £45 collection charge which will be deducted from his refund.

Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened or slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep
